Will Speros • April 16, 2018

The latest outpost of has arrived at the Atlantis resort in Nassau, the Bahamas. The sustainable seafood concept is crafted with an underwater atmosphere from Spanish firm .

A romantic palette of cerulean, pearl, and azure perpetuate the subaquatic theme alongside rocks, sand, and underwater flora. Undulating lounge seating welcome diners below a cylindrical hanging light sculpture made of hundreds of white and gold ceramic fish. The glowing backdrop of the bar takes the form of a blue wave, while floor-to-ceiling windows across the dining room wall maintain a visual connection to the rest of the resort. Tones of teal, coral, and sand span the dining room, which features intimate banquettes, rattan partitions, and fishnet curtains that provide privacy. The central grill station, raw seafood bar, and numerous fish tanks also deliver a variety of visual engagement from visitors.

The tranquil, open layout features modern elements, including large murals from local artist Elena Kalis. A handmade wooden koi fish is also suspended from the ceiling above the dining room for a whimsical touch.
